I think we are neglecting the time span here…lockdown was for longer time in india as compare to other countries and if we will see the percentage per million then we are still doing good, also for country like india where people are so uncivilized and careless the figure is very satisfactory. It’s not the Government who did anything wrong its the people who couldn’t stay at home.
