Always wear the full cloths to prevention of bite of Mosquito. Also in rainy season cloths get moist and mold in almirah or closets because these wardrobes are cool and started dumps in rain. Molds are not good for health so it is always good to wear iron cloths to remove moisture from cloths.

3. Equip Well Before Go Outsite

In monsoon there is no fix time of rain. It can started after 5 minutes you see a sunny day. So whenever you go out take umbrella or raincoat with you. Many times when you get wet in rain, it is not possible to change cloths immediately so these safe guards will protect you from getting wet. It is normally near to impossible to go out and come with dry shoes in monsoon. your shoes get wet and mud is stick on that. so always clean and dry the shoes before using them next time. it is mainly possible reason to get cold and fever if you wear wet shoes for the long time.

7. Take Doctors Advice

If you feel unwell then immediately take doctors advice. In India people take medicine without doctors consultation but this time it could be dangerous in Covid-19 situation.
